What to Expect During Your Session
At Pampered Spirit, our therapists use the four foundational Vodder strokes in a specific sequence to move stagnant fluid toward functioning lymph nodes. The session is deeply relaxing, often described by clients as calming and meditative.
MLD is performed using light, rhythmic pressure that may feel more subtle than traditional massage, but it is highly effective. Treatments typically last between 50 and 70 minutes depending on the client’s goals and the areas treated.
